His very existence is based solely on the account of those that have claimed to see him, however all scientific facts based on whether or not he is indeed real is not available. He is in essence a myth. An unfathomably powerful entitiy of pure energy, knowledge, and power. Some regard him as a god-like figure giving little restitution to the very notion that he could exist, while others actually worship him, holding him directly responsible for the humodification that occurred over 2000 years ago, thus freeing pokemon from their solitudial slave-like existence and allowing them to usher in a new way of life. While most data concludes that a Mewtwo did indeed exist at one time back on earth, he has yet to show himself slowly becoming a fairytale in Povilian mythology, however scientist hypothesize that if Mewtwo is anything like Mew, his powers are incredibly vast and non-restricted to the confines of space-time. Mewtwo could possibly reset the galaxy if he wished to.
